    hotel room is decent and spotless... the only drawback is that you can hear the tv volume from the adjacent room. you can check-in to your hotel room as soon as the housekeeper cleaned it. the property can also store your luggages if you're waiting to check-in or just checked-out and killing time (strolling at waikiki) and waiting for your shuttle/taxi to arrive... breakfast meal muffins are good!

    Front Desk Service needs major improvement. It took 1hour to check in & help was unfriendly. Overall experience was a positive one.

    When we have questions about traveling,the front desk clerks are not friendly especially the big Asian guy.Terrible service attitude....They do not know anything about Hawaii.

    Good location, hotel room service didn't always show, get a hotel room on the back side the street in front of the property is pretty noisy. Realitors were there eday selling rooms as condo's not sure how this will impact the property. Free towels for the beach, free cont. breakfast meal. Small hotel room in addition not an issue if your out and about.
